1. Who operates TradeChoice

TradeChoice is a software product operated by Harris Capital Consulting LLC (“Harris Capital Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “TradeChoice” in these Terms refer to the software product; references to the operator, service provider, or contracting party refer to Harris Capital Consulting LLC.

By creating an account or using TradeChoice, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

TradeChoice is an AI-assisted options analysis tool. Harris Capital Consulting LLC is a software provider. Harris Capital Consulting LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or other regulated financial entity. Nothing on TradeChoice constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on TradeChoice is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security.

TradeChoice is AI-assisted, not fully automated. Every trade requires your explicit approval. TradeChoice proposes; you decide. Personal trade limits apply within the cap defined by your subscription tier.

Customer funds and securities remain at the connected brokerage. Harris Capital Consulting LLC does not take custody of customer funds or securities and does not execute trades on your behalf except in response to your explicit approval routed through your connected brokerage.

3. Risk disclosure

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Simulated performance carries inherent limitations. Harris Capital Consulting LLC makes no guarantee of profits, income, or specific returns. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Accounts, subscriptions, and payments

You must create an account to use TradeChoice and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed by the payment processor identified at checkout on behalf of Harris Capital Consulting LLC. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer dashboard; cancellation stops future billing and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineering the software, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harris Capital Consulting LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harris Capital Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

7. Changes to these Terms

Harris Capital Consulting LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or through your account. Continued use of TradeChoice after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
